2018 Event Recap

2018 sure has been good to the McGuire household! We packed up the whole clan and moved back to Oklahoma, Cowboy and I both have new business ventures that we are loving, and I have been keeping busy with TWO NEW RELEASES and meeting fans from all over the world. If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’ve somewhat retired from attending signings. This year was an exception to the rule with events in Rome, Denver, Tulsa, St. Louis, and Providence!

We kicked-off June with a trip to #RARE18Rome! Middle spawn came along for the ride and some sightseeing which was so special for us. We had an absolute blast meeting fans who traveled from all over the UK, Ireland, France, Scotland, Germany, and Hungary! If you missed out, not to worry. You can come see me AND Eden at #RARE19London!

Next, we had our FHTY event at Tattered Cover in Denver in August! MacPack sure does know how to represent and help kick-off a new book. Trex and Darby would be proud.

In September I had two events! Whew. I got to hang out at Books-a-Million on the 15th before heading to Penned Con. I am always so proud to be a part of this event and am thrilled to say they were able to raise $13,488 for Action for Autism!

I rounded out the year with the Renaissance City Author Event in Providence, RI! Not only did we have a great signing with the girls over at Southern Belle Book Events, some of the MacPack met up with me for a tour of some places and inspirations featured in the Providence Series. The Rock and St. Anne’s church were just two of the stops. We also stopped to dance at Freeplay which may or may not make an appearance in Sins of the Innocent part two.

I can’t thank you all enough for your good vibes and love! 2018 has been a year to remember. Thank you all for buying my books, loving my characters, waiting in line for hours, and constantly showing up to support me!
